As a lead veterinary technician, you should be ready to:
- Broaden your skillset by exploring new services such as exotic medicine and anesthesia, acupuncture, and laser therapy
- Expect mentoring and support as you grow and advance your career

- Attend regular weekly and monthly meetings with other department heads and your tech team, encouraging open communication and collaboration.
