Specific Duties:
- Make friendly and professional outbound calls to veterinary clients, using top-notch communication skills to connect and assist
- Lend a helping hand with gentle animal restraint when needed—because teamwork (and tails) come first
- Keep our schedule running smoothly by following and updating the appointment system with precision
- Jump in to answer incoming calls with a smile (yes, even over the phone!) during business hours
- Handle inquiries from clients with enthusiasm and professionalism—first impressions matter and can lead to lifelong clients!
- Respond to appointment requests submitted through our website—making convenience a priority for our clients
- Assisting in x-rays, vaccine preparation, and note taking
- Keep tails wagging by booking re-checks, annual exams, surgeries, and more—keeping our patients on track for great health
- Be a champion of exceptional client and patient care—bringing a positive vibe to every interaction
- Share in our love for animals—because caring for them is at the heart of everything we do

Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Empathy and compassion for both clients and their animal companions
- Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with veterinary software is a plus
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure
Required Training/Knowledge:
- Proficient with computers
- High school diploma
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
