About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Lead Veterinary Technician to join our team and help guide our talented support staff. This is a key leadership role—perfect for someone who enjoys mentoring others, thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting, and is ready to take the next step in their career.

As Lead Tech, you’ll work side-by-side with our veterinarians, support your fellow techs and assistants, and help ensure our patients receive the top-notch care they deserve. A current RVT license (or equivalent) is highly preferred, and prior leadership experience is a big plus.

  • Mentor and support technicians and assistants in their development
  • Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments
  • Perform blood draws, IV catheter placements, dental cleanings, and anesthesia monitoring
  • Take radiographs, run lab tests, and provide post-op patient care
  • Maintain clean, organized treatment areas and exam rooms
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day workflow and uphold high patient care standards
  • Communicate clearly and kindly with pet parents and team members

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed RVT/CVT/LVT strongly preferred
  • Previous leadership or training experience in a clinical setting
  • Confidence in technical skills and patient handling
  • A calm, friendly presence with strong communication skills
  • A team-first attitude and desire to support others
  • Bonus if you’re cross-trained in front-desk or inventory tasks
  • Experience with veterinary software (Cornerstone, Avimark, etc.) is a plus

We believe in taking care of our team the same way we care for our patients—with compassion, respect, and support. Here’s what we offer:
