Who we are:

North Carrollton Veterinary Hospital is growing and looking for a dedicated individual to join our amazing team as a veterinary technician! We’re a well-established, 3–4 doctor practice that values the unique talents, personalities, and perspectives each team member brings. This part-time role comes with competitive pay and an outstanding benefits package designed to support you in every aspect of your life.

A veterinary license is welcome but not required. Experience in a clinic, whether in the kennel, at the front desk, or assisting in a medical role—is a bonus, but we’re happy to train someone with the right heart, attitude, and passion for animal care. We believe that finding the right team fit and a genuine love for this work matters more than a resume.

We’re searching for someone who brings a strong work ethic, compassion, and a love for both animals and teamwork. Whether you're licensed or just getting started in your veterinary journey, we value heart and willingness to grow.

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Have a genuine passion for patient care and pet wellness
  • Bring a positive, team-oriented attitude and a growth mindset
  • Show confidence in owning tasks while supporting your team
  • Are empathetic toward clients, coworkers, patients—and yourself
  • Can find joy in the workday, even during busy moments
  • Appreciate the little things—puppy kisses, kitty headbutts, and celebrating milestones with your team
  • Are ready to learn, mentor, and share your skills with others

You’ll play a key role in supporting our doctors, caring for patients, and educating clients—while keeping our hospital running smoothly and safely.
