Duties:
- Assist veterinarians in routine examinations and surgical procedures
- Perform laboratory tests such as blood work and urinalysis
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the veterinarian
- Handle and restrain animals during procedures
- Maintain medical records and ensure accurate documentation
- Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Assist with pet grooming and hygiene procedures
- Handle feline and canine patients with care and compassion
Skills:
- Proficiency in veterinary critical care procedures
- Knowledge of animal handling techniques
- Familiarity with dental terminology for veterinary procedures
- Ability to perform X-rays on animals
- Experience in pet care and grooming
- Strong dog handling skills
