Sterling Pointe Veterinary Clinic is looking for a full-time Licensed Technician or highly experienced Veterinary Assistant to step into a leadership role as our Floor Supervisor. In this dynamic position, you’ll guide our treatment floor operations, mentor fellow techs and assistants, and help ensure top-tier patient care and client service. You’ll coordinate daily workflows, support accountability, and foster a collaborative, positive work environment. This role reports directly to the Hospital Manager and Chief of Staff and serves as a key liaison between the floor team, doctors, and leadership.

Qualifications:
- Licensed/Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) preferred or equivalent experience in a supervisory veterinary technician role.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a veterinary clinical setting; leadership experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead a team, handle conflict constructively, and coach for performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Passion for patient care, team development, and continuous improvement.

The salary range for this position is $26-$30/hr. Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience. The actual rate offered will carefully consider your skills, qualifications, and experience.
