Veterinary Technician Externship Opportunity

What You’ll Do:

• Gain hands-on experience in a hospital setting while expanding your knowledge of veterinary technology
• Triage patients and take comprehensive histories
• Assist DVMs and technicians with procedures, treatments, and nursing care
• Perform patient treatments, phlebotomy, IV catheter placement, radiography, and lab work
• Prepare and administer medications and assist with anesthesia and perioperative care
• Collaborate with our team to deliver compassionate, exceptional care

About You:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Veterinary Technology Program
• Flexible, adaptable, and excited to learn in a fast-paced environment
• A strong communicator with a passion for providing excellent care
• Eager to embrace our mission of delivering outstanding veterinary care and pet owner education
