Veterinary Technician

Ark Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full-time Veterinary Assistant to add to its dedicated team. The team at Ark works together to establish and uphold the highest standards of patient care. The responsibilities of the Veterinary Assistant would be the following (but not limited too): 

• Assisting Veterinarians in appointments 

• Assisting Veterinarians and Technicians in diagnostic treatments 

• Sterilization of surgical equipment 

• Pharmacy duties 

• Processing Laboratory samples 

• Client communication 

• Scheduling appointments and surgeries 

• Animal restraint 

• Radiography 

• Maintaining cleanly work environment
