Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist

Brackett Street Veterinary Clinic is looking to add a friendly and dedicated veterinary assistant/receptionist to our welcoming hospital team.  

We are a small 3-doctor veterinary clinic nestled in the West End of Portland. Our clinic is enveloped in an inclusive and friendly neighborhood environment. We have an active, energetic staff and love being in an area surrounded by restaurants, eclectic local vendors, and some wonderful local grocers. 

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule. Open to discussing a part-time schedule as an alternative. Currently, we are closed on weekends but may require some Saturday coverage in the future. A love of animals and a customer service background is a great fit for this position.  Experience with Avimark is a huge plus!

We are looking for individuals with a background in:  

• Customer service 
• Veterinary care or kennel work

Responsibilities include taking phone calls, booking appointments, greeting clients, processing payments, assisting technicians, stocking, cleaning, and more.
