Veterinary Technician (LVT)

Ashburn Veterinary Hospital is ready to hire a licensed veterinary technician dedicated to providing exceptional client service and patient care. We place a great deal of emphasis on preventive care, client experience, and creating lasting bonds with our clients and patients. Successful candidates will be able to multitask, possess great attention to detail, excellent verbal communication, and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Safe and effective patient handling and restraint
• Knowledge of preventative care and vaccines
• Competency in emergency and surgical care - including IV catheter placement
• Diagnostics - including radiographs, phlebotomy and sample collection, and in-house lab work
