What You’ll Do

  • Partner with veterinarians and fellow team members to provide high-quality patient care
  • Provide compassionate nursing care to veterinary patients
  • Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and procedures
  • Support safe and compassionate patient handling and restraint
  • Prepare patients and treatment areas for examinations and procedures
  • Assist with diagnostic testing and clinical procedures within your training and scope
  • Monitor patients and communicate changes or concerns to the veterinary team
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient information and medical records
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients
  • Help maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked clinical areas
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain an efficient workflow and consistent standards of care
  • Take advantage of opportunities to learn from experienced Senior Veterinary Technicians
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
