What You’ll Do
- Support veterinarians in providing compassionate, high-quality patient care
- Assist with examinations, treatments, and clinical procedures
- Provide attentive nursing care to veterinary patients
- Safely and compassionately handle and restrain patients
- Prepare patients and treatment areas for examinations and procedures
- Assist with diagnostic and laboratory procedures as directed
- Monitor patients and communicate changes or concerns to the veterinary team
- Maintain accurate and timely patient information and medical records
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients
- Help maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked clinical areas
- Collaborate with veterinarians and fellow team members to support an efficient workflow
- Participate in ongoing learning and professional development opportunities
