We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Technician with at least two years of veterinary clinic or animal hospital experience to join us. You’ll work closely with our veterinarians throughout examinations, diagnostics, treatments, surgery, and hospitalized patient care.

What Our Veterinary Technicians Do

As a Veterinary Technician, you’ll be an essential part of our medical team, supporting our veterinarians and helping ensure every patient receives attentive, compassionate care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting veterinarians during examinations and treatments
  • Supporting surgical procedures
  • Performing diagnostic testing, including bloodwork and urinalysis
  • Assisting with and obtaining diagnostic X-rays
  • Administering medications as directed
  • Administering vaccinations as directed
  • Assisting with anesthesia and anesthetic patient care
  • Monitoring patients throughout procedures and recovery
  • Providing attentive care to hospitalized patients
  • Helping care for hospitalized patients on weekends as needed
  • Safely handling and restraining animals
  • Educating pet owners about treatment plans and home care
  • Providing client education regarding preventive health measures
  • Maintaining accurate and complete medical records
  • Cleaning and maintaining medical equipment
  • Helping maintain clean, organized, and sanitary treatment areas
  • Communicating effectively with veterinarians and fellow team members
