The Extras You'll Actually Feel
At Chalet Veterinary Clinic, respecting your role means more than saying we value work-life balance. We've built practical boundaries into the way our hospital operates.
We respect your position. We use a professional cleaning service to maintain our workspace, so our clinical team can focus on patient care rather than staying behind for end-of-day facility cleaning.
We respect your boundaries. Meetings happen during working hours with appropriate time allocated for them. Work communication also stays within regular working hours rather than following you into your personal time.
We respect your schedule. Our employees are not expected to routinely work overtime or stay beyond their scheduled hours. Consistent workweeks help you know what to expect and plan your life outside the hospital.
We value you as an individual. Being part of a smaller team gives you an opportunity to influence team dynamics, workflows, projects, and decision-making. Your ideas and experience matter here.
Lunch breaks are your time. We advocate for real 30-minute to one-hour lunch breaks so you can step away, eat, and recharge.
And yes, there are snacks. We keep a complimentary snack area stocked because sometimes the small things make a meaningful difference during a busy veterinary day.
