We’re hiring—and we’d love for you to join our team! Health and Wellness Animal Hospital is looking for a full-time Veterinary Technician to become part of our close-knit, supportive practice.
While certification is not required, we strongly prefer candidates who are interested in pursuing certification, as encouraged by the State of New Hampshire. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, enjoys working as part of a team, and is committed to providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.

What You’ll Do
- Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, procedures, and surgeries
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients throughout their visits
- Safely handle and restrain patients using appropriate techniques
- Obtain patient histories, vital signs, and clinical observations
- Prepare and administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
- Perform venipuncture, sample collection, and other technical procedures within your training and experience
- Assist with digital radiography and digital dental radiography
- Support surgical and dental procedures, including preparation, monitoring, and recovery
- Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation
- Educate clients with compassion and clarity regarding medications, treatments, and preventive care
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked treatment and exam areas
- Collaborate with doctors and teammates to provide exceptional patient and client care
