Role: Experienced Veterinary Technician
Status: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable and based on experience and credentials
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm, Rotating Saturdays 8 am-2 pm

What You'll Do
- Assist veterinarians during examinations, diagnostics, treatments, surgery, dentistry, and hospitalized patient care
- Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, laboratory testing, injections, fluid therapy, and anesthesia monitoring
- Obtain diagnostic samples and assist with radiology procedures
- Safely handle and restrain patients using compassionate, low-stress techniques
- Educate clients regarding treatment plans, medications, discharge instructions, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation
- Help maintain clean, organized treatment, surgery, and examination areas
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure an efficient workflow and outstanding patient care
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience as a veterinary technician in a clinical setting
- Strong technical skills and confidence working in a fast-paced hospital
- Experience with surgery, dentistry, radiology, laboratory procedures, anesthesia monitoring, and technician appointments preferred
- Excellent communication and client education skills
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and efficient during urgent medical situations
- Positive attitude and collaborative, team-first mindset
