Position Details
Role: Experienced or Registered Veterinary Technician
Status: Full-time
Salary: $21.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience and credentialing
Schedule: Full-time schedule, including two Saturday shifts per month (8:30 AM–2:30 PM)

What You'll Do
- Monitor anesthesia and assist with surgical procedures
- Perform dental prophylaxis and assist with dental procedures; RVTs may perform extractions where permitted
- Properly restrain patients using low-stress handling techniques
- Assist veterinarians during examinations and treatments
- Administer medications and injections (IV, SQ, and IM)
- Perform venipuncture and IV catheter placement
- Collect laboratory samples and assist with in-house diagnostics
- Obtain high-quality diagnostic radiographs
- Provide critical care nursing, including patient triage, treatment, and monitoring
- Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation
- Communicate compassionately with clients and collaborate with teammates throughout the hospital
- Assist reception team members as needed to provide an exceptional client experience
What You'll Bring
- Experience as a Veterinary Technician; Registered Veterinary Technicians are encouraged to apply
- Strong anesthesia, surgery, and dentistry experience preferred
- Confidence performing venipuncture, IV catheter placement, laboratory procedures, and radiology
- Excellent patient nursing and monitoring skills
- Strong communication and client service abilities
- Computer proficiency and strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to teamwork
