Position Details

  • Role: Licensed Veterinary Technician
  • Status: Full-Time
  • Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
  • Schedule: 4 x 10-hour weekday shifts. No weekends.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist veterinarians with advanced procedures, including surgery and anesthesia monitoring
  • Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including bloodwork, cytology, and radiographs
  • Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments in accordance with state regulations
  • Provide nursing care and monitor hospitalized patients
  • Educate clients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
  • Support Fear Free and low-stress handling practices
  • Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation
  • Collaborate with teammates to provide exceptional patient care and client service
