What You’ll Do
- Perform venipuncture and IV catheter placement
- Obtain and monitor patient vital signs
- Perform in-house laboratory testing, including CBCs, chemistry panels, urinalysis, fecal flotations, and ear cytology
- Induce, monitor, and recover anesthesia patients
- Assist with surgical procedures and patient monitoring
- Perform dental prophylaxis and dental charting
- Care for hospitalized patients and monitor treatments
- Administer oral, injectable, and transdermal medications
- Obtain diagnostic radiographs
- Collaborate with veterinarians and teammates to provide exceptional patient care
