Salary: Negotiable and based on experience and credentials
Schedule: Rotating four-day work week; Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

What Veterinary Technicians & Assistants Do
- Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, surgeries, and procedures
- Obtain patient histories and maintain accurate medical records
- Perform venipuncture, laboratory sample collection, and in-house diagnostics
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
- Safely restrain patients using compassionate, low-stress handling techniques
- Educate clients on medications, treatments, and preventive care
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to provide exceptional patient care
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient hospital environment
What Veterinary Technicians & Assistants Bring
- Current Licensed Veterinary Technician credential preferred, or at least one year of previous veterinary assistant or animal care experience
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of animal behavior and patient care
- Compassion for pets, clients, and teammates
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a collaborative team
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely handle larger patients when needed
