Position Details
Role: Veterinary Technician
Status: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 7:50 a.m.–6:15 p.m. (1-hour lunch break); Thursdays off; every other Saturday: 7:45 a.m.–12:15 p.m.

What Our Technicians Do
- Assist veterinarians with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures
- Safely restrain patients during examinations and medical procedures
- Perform laboratory testing and assist with diagnostic imaging
- Administer medications and vaccines as directed by the veterinarian
- Educate clients on medications, treatment plans, and preventative care
- Maintain accurate medical records using Avimark software
- Keep treatment, exam, and surgical areas clean, organized, and well stocked
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment
What Our Veterinary Technicians Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of Veterinary Technician experience required
- Experience with Avimark preferred
- Strong technical and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to participate in rotating Saturday shifts
- Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a strong sense of urgency
