What You’ll Do as a Veterinary Technician
- Assist with surgical preparation and anesthesia support
- Perform dental prophylaxis and patient nursing care
- Place IV catheters and administer medications and vaccines
- Obtain radiographs and assist with CT imaging
- Support patient intake and discharge processes
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
- Maintain accurate patient records and support daily hospital operations
