Position Details
- Role: Experienced Veterinary Assistant
- Status: Full-time
- Salary: $17 – $20 per hour
- Schedule: Tuesday - Friday. Rotating Saturdays
- Requirements: Bilingual candidates preferred

How Our Veterinary Assistants Contribute
- Working directly alongside our doctors, assisting and floating between appointments
- Safely restraining patients for exams, diagnostics, and treatments
- Assisting with sedated procedures
- Performing nursing care for hospitalized patients
- Supporting the technicians in acquiring diagnostics
- Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring efficient hospital flow
- Contributing to a clean, organized, and professional hospital environment
- Traveling to our sister locations when needed: South Plainfield, Piscataway, and Fords
What Our Veterinary Assistants Bring
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the veterinary field (Veterinary Assistant or similar role required)
- Ability to safely restrain dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Open availability and flexible scheduling
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
