Position Details
- Role: Experienced Veterinary Assistant or Veterinary Technician
- Status: Full-time
- Salary: $23 - $28
- Schedule: Monday - Friday. Weekends off.

Are you a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Assistant looking to make a difference in the lives of pets and their families? We’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and support our veterinarians in delivering exceptional medical care in a collaborative, client-focused environment. You'll be an essential member of our hospital team—responsible for assisting with patient care, diagnostics, and surgical support, and for maintaining the hospital's overall functionality. You’ll work closely with veterinarians, clients, and fellow team members to ensure pets receive the highest standard of care.

What You’ll Do
- Provide nursing care, monitor vital signs, and administer medications
- Assist with surgical procedures and anesthesia monitoring
- Perform lab work, radiographs, and other diagnostic tests
- Educate pet owners on treatment plans and home care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Support hospital cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Respond to emergency situations with prompt and effective care
- Perform dental cleanings and assist with inventory and euthanasia when needed
