Position Details
- Role: Certified Veterinary Technician
- Status: Full-time
- Salary: Negotiable and based on experience.
- Sign-on Bonus: $1000 after 90-days
- Schedule: Four-day workweeks. Rotating Saturday shifts (8 am - noon)

We’re Seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician Who Is
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of IL
- Experienced performing safe and effective patient restraint for both small and/or large animals
- Bonus points if you have experience with large animals or mixed practice—but a strong small-animal background and a great attitude go a long way with us!
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- An excellent communicator who builds trust with clients and teammates alike
- Committed to learning and continuing to grow your technical and medical knowledge
What You’ll Contribute
- Safe and effective patient handling and restraint
- Knowledge of preventative care and vaccines
- Experience in monitoring anesthesia
- Emergency and surgical care - including IV catheter placement
- Obtaining diagnostics - including radiographs, phlebotomy, and sample collection, and performing in-house lab work
- Professional, compassionate communication with clients and staff
- Succinct documentation of patient records and client interactions
