Position Details

- Status: Part-time
- Schedule: After-hours, schedule varies and is always rotating. Weekends and holidays are a must

We are a 24-hour facility that has a primary daytime department and an after-hours department. We are looking for a part-time veterinary technician to work in our after-hours department only. We are staffing evenings and overnights. Weekends, overnights, and holiday hours are a must.
Ideal candidate is able to work as part of a team and independently. Able to multitask, is flexible, and has a good attitude.
Responsibilities include:
- Customer service: Answering phone calls, going over financials, checking patients in and out, and going over discharge instructions.
- Caring for hospitalized patients, triaging patients, phlebotomy, lab work, IV catheter placement, radiology, injections, monitoring of sedated patients, and anesthesia.
