Position Details
- Role: Lead Registered Veterinary Technician
- Status: Full-time
- Salary: $26.00 – $32.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
- Requirements: Valid Veterinary Technician License

How You Will Contribute
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional medical care.
- Serve as the on-the-floor point of contact for technicians, assistants and doctors, addressing concerns, reallocating resources, and facilitating timely communication.
- Ensure staff adherence to hospital protocols, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Promote clear and open communication within the team and across departments.
- Support inventory control and equipment maintenance relevant to floor operations as needed.
- Actively participate in weekly leadership meetings and attend monthly staff meetings to support communication, alignment, and team development.
