What You’ll Do
- Assist veterinarians during exams, surgical procedures, and dental treatments.
- Perform anesthetic monitoring, intubation, and surgical preparation.
- Conduct laboratory diagnostics, including fecal exams, urinalysis, bloodwork, and cytology.
- Obtain TPRs, blood samples, and diagnostic images (radiographs, dental x-rays).
- Administer medications, injections, and vaccines as directed by the veterinarian.
- Provide client education on preventive care, home treatment plans, and medication administration.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in our practice management software.
- Ensure exam rooms, equipment, and instruments are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
- Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, efficient workflow.
