- Salary: $17–$18 per hour
- Schedule: 4 - 4.5 days per week (rotating Saturdays)

Lake Alfred Animal Hospital is looking to add a full-time Veterinary Technician to our team.
Lake Alfred Animal Hospital is a high-quality, two-doctor, full-service animal hospital ready to hire an experienced veterinary technician to support us in providing exceptional patient care and unmatched customer service.
This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, however rotating Saturday shifts and Kennel shifts are shared by all staff. We know you know what it takes to succeed as a veterinary technician, but so that we’re all on the same page, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Safe and effective patient handling and restraint
- Knowledge of preventative care and vaccines
- Competency in emergency and surgical care - including IV catheter placement
- Diagnostics - including radiographs, phlebotomy and sample collection, and in-house lab work
- Professional, compassionate communication with clients and staff.
- Succinct documentation of patient records and client interactions.
