Poland Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time, experienced Veterinary Technician to join our recently renovated, full-service small animal hospital in beautiful Poland, Maine.

We are a two-doctor practice dedicated to providing comprehensive veterinary care, including wellness and preventive services, illness management, surgery, and dentistry.

We are seeking a team member with strong technical skills and prior experience in a veterinary hospital setting. The ideal candidate is a licensed or credentialed veterinary technician, though experienced veterinary assistants may also be considered. Candidates should have a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in small animal practice and possess excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues.
Our hospital hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., and Saturdays, 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. This position offers a 4-day workweek with rotating Saturdays to support both team needs and work-life balance.
