Position Details
- Role: Veterinary Technician/Assistant
- Status: Full-time
- Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
- Schedule: 38-40 hours/week, 4 shifts occurring on weekdays only

- We are currently seeking a veterinary technician/assistant with strong clinical experience and a desire to grow in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Key skills for this role include:
- Medication calculations, dispensing, and administration
- Obtaining patient histories and maintaining electronic records
- Surgical support including prep, monitoring, recovery, and discharge
- Venipuncture and IV catheter placement
- Assisting in diagnostic procedures
- Monitoring hospitalized and post-op patients and providing nursing care
- Animal restraint and handling
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
- Client education and communication reviewing estimates, treatment plans, medications, post-op care, and follow up with clients
